VR (Meta Quest and other PC VR headsets)
  Display only: fly with the keyboard, joystick or a gamepad.
  Windows: start Meta Quest Link (cable or Air Link) and set it as the OpenXR runtime
           (or use SteamVR / Virtual Desktop), then start gflight with GFLIGHT_VR=1:
             set GFLIGHT_VR=1 && gflight.exe
  Linux: run a WiVRn or ALVR server, then: GFLIGHT_VR=1 ./gflight
  Sit normally and recentre the headset view. Without a headset runtime gflight just
  opens its normal window.

Troubleshooting
  Black window or a crash at start on Windows: try the Vulkan renderer:
    set WGPU_BACKEND=vulkan && gflight.exe
  Slow: Tab > Graphics > Quality > Low.
